With this workshop, VOCAL PATHWAYS, I want to share my experience with singing and expression: different techniques, practices and reflections that have helped me and other people close to me. I also want to dedicate myself to this sort of guidance so that each person can find his or her own pathway in order to arrive at the very purest vocal expression possible.
All of the proposals I share in each session are experienced through the following techniques and methods: Speech level, voicecraft, breath and voice – Wilfart method, The Tao of the Voice, harmonic chants, Reiki, corporal Gestalt, Rudolf Steiner’s Art of the Word, Mindfulness, Human Design and the works of different vocal experts: Carme Canela, Kena Toledo, Ana Finger, Jazmin Martorell, Jon del Vas, Elisabet Castro, Mariona Castillo, Helen Rowson..
In general, I like to work in groups because, for me, groups are magic and help to create a unique energy of concentration and compassion. They also allow work to flow more naturally and easily.
From there, I observe and listen to each person’s needs, and we begin to create the pathway that feels the best.
If you recognize your potential to grow through my work, I invite you to contact me and tell me about yourself, your needs and how you believe that I might be of help to you. If you live far away from me, write me and perhaps I can help you remotely.
I have discovered many ways to find the voice. They make me happy, they heal me and they turn me into a gift to the world. Techniques, philosophies, methods, paradigms, conversations, people, books. .. And yet in the end, the most important thing has not been the tools.
I have learned how my mind works, what my fears are, my sabotage patterns, and how to identify the people that block my true self… Each day I discover a little more, and it helps me to hear myself truly and more frequently.
Sometimes I only breath,
or I only move my body,
or I do vocal exercises,
or I dance,
or I sing a melody that I love,
or I recite a poem,
or I scream,
or I make strange sounds,
or I remain in silence,
or I sing mantras,
or I take my body to its limits,
or I seek harmonics,
or I write,
or I meditate,
or I rehabilitate myself,
or I allow myself to think…
And each of us has a unique pathway because each of us is unique, with a unique voice and a unique pathway for finding it.
